6th March Bolderwood

Just a few pic's from todays walk from Bolderwood. Twenty three hardy souls on an early spring morning enjoying the air the company and the chat. The weather was kind to us and the walk not to arduous... well except for the uphill bits! Dave W

23 members and Dillon set off from Bolderwood and enjoyed warm sunshine only broken briefly by passing clouds on a few occasions. Certainly spring was apparent in the heavily wooded areas of the enclosures not only by the warmth but with many different species of birds (ably identified by Stewart) in full song throughout our stroll. Today's walk was predominantly on firm tracks since much of the Forest is still waterlogged, apart from the final quarter mile to avoid walking close to a road but firm and dry underfoot. Can you spot and identify the wayward member in the woods in one of the photos? Dave B
