Brave souls
Note from Dave after what I thought would have been a complete wash out with all the rain threatened:
However I thought you might like to know I turned up at the start car park at 9.45 am this morning expecting to see no one, in fact 9 members arrived determined to complete the walk in wind and driving rain!
So the 10 of set off through the mud and puddles and finished the whole walk by 12 o'clock. Nobody seemed to mind about the weather. Even though the ford was about 10 inches deep nobody bothered. The rain did ease up a little from 11.15am and actually stopped when we got back!
