4th March 2011 Lyndhurst Golf Club
Twenty five of us met up on a bright but cold day to walk past the Golf Course into a very muddy forest walk through wooded and open areas of the forest. We came back past the remains of the old race course just where the horses would swing round a tight bend to return to the start. It was now derelict but one could imagine the excitement of the punters and the jockeys as they raced to the finishing line.
A good walk with a few diversions, Jack hugging trees on the way and an attempt on Sues life by unknown assailants.
